Budapest is the capital of Hungary in Europe. It is known for its excellent nightlife and music scene as well as thermal attractions. It also has amazing architecture, including the beautiful Hungarian National Parliament building.

The city has several landmarks that contributed a UNESCO World Heritage listing. These are the Banks of the Danube, Andrassy Avenue, and the Buda Castle Quarter because of their unique and historical architecture.
Budapest is actually made up of two cities: Buda and Pest. The Danube River separates them, with Buda on the west side and Pest on the east side of the river. The two sides of the city are connected by several bridges, the most famous of which is the Széchenyi Chain Bridge. Some other popular tourist attractions in Budapest include Buda Castle, the Hungarian Parliament Building, Fisherman’s Bastion, and St. Stephen’s Basilica.
Walking around the city is one of the best ways to take it all in and experience what it is on offer. There are so many quaint bars and cafes, as well as market stands and scenic walks along the lake.
Budapest is a hub for the performing arts and visitors can enjoy the Opera House and dozens of theaters and art venues throughout the city. Budapest is also home to many museums, galleries, and cultural events, as well as a thriving nightlife scene.
